I couldn't agree more either with this post... I have a hard time understanding the "speed" aspect of people's concerns. If you want to fly fast, buy one that is built for that purpose. If you are capturing video, it's all about the ease of doing both, piloting and capturing your video subject...

I would start with this clip.. it's really cool. I've used it for following people shooting music videos. Get it launched and started, the Wizzard goes in your pocket so that it's out of sight. . It's uses are endless if you want to be somewhat hands free. Think bike riding, running...

Number 3: I think the answer isn't that you can't do both VID and Stills in the same flight, it's that you can't do them at the same time. I know to do "Still" shots, you have to stop recording videos first. That's my take on it. What I like doing best is to shoot video and screen capture...

Wizzard Update... I've used it now on several flights and for a video shoot. It's awesome. Big money, but still glad I picked one up. It's amazingly simple to use.

Yes I use IMovie and it works just fine for my needs.

Using your current stock of non-rechargeable batteries doesn't mean it's going to damage the SteadyGrip, It's just that it will run longer with rechargeable batteries per charge and it's better for the environment, Correct? Make the switch once it's time to purchase new batteries.
