If you plan on using the H to make some photography money, make sure your aware of all of the FAA regulations, and be sure to get your Part 107. Without it, flying for compensation could land you into some trouble. Also, be sure to register your drone!

Hold on I think that your drone is okay. It just looks like the rubber dampers separated while being transported. What I would do is take the camera off, put the rubber dampers back in and turn it on. If the camera stabilizes it is fine. I really do think that that drone is good.

Try running at 1080p with 60 fps and see if that changes things for you. If your filming in 4k and you don't have a computer that can handle it, sometimes it adds the jello effect to the film.
