    I believe the K in the red circle would be a relay. I believe the port with the red and green circle would be the plug for the camera (at least based off of other Yuneec models I've seen torn open). Definitely call technical support before doing anything.

    The CS and tech I worked with wouldn't even offer an RMA, needing to first go through all the emailed telemetry files, which doesn't really alleviate matters considering the long repair times and the matter that the unit is still broken regardless of what the telemetry says. If only Yuneec...

    Unfortunately though, when the gimbal breaks off, the wire seems usually to break/rip too. So, it's not always a quick fix in the field, even with an extra mount.

    Agreed. You'd think since the legs go up, they'd have either designed the mount to be much more sturdy, or easier to pop off / release because of impact to prevent breaking anything during an unplanned "landing".

    That was the exact opposite of my experience, and I was quite amiable. They were quite responsive as far as getting back right away to me that they received an email, but I was getting no actual answers even after a few days. Their treatment of my out-of-box issue really turned me off to them...

    Typhoon H toilet bowl crash video

    Mine just become unresponsive as it spiraled downward into shrubbery, and crashed. 5 motor failure was the only error I could see when I looked back at the screen, so I'm not sure when it actually happened (before or after impact). Telemetry showed it spiraling down.

    Wow...how did you get a replacement sent? They would only begrudgingly offer me an RMA after a few days of contacting them numerous times a day. Did you buy it direct from them?
