I would create a new model in your ST-16 and rebind. This process has fixed alot of issues.

I second this, Video on the ST-16 is glitchy and splotchy when playing back, also on UAV toolbox. Before the software upgrade it was smooth and nice.

While you are in flight, your battery voltage will be lower than after you land. The battery voltage under load would be the one I would look at.

I would second that, and instead of discharging to 0, to discharge the batteries only to the OEM recommended level that would be based on chemistry of the battery and # of cells.

I had this happen a couple of times when taking off in tall grass, where it may have affected the gimbal startup calibration. When starting on concrete or the lid, it's never happened.
