I had same issues with my battery. Got new charger and solved the problem. Wasn’t battery- faulty charger.

I tried re-setting everything back to factory specs. Now I can’t even get the controller to bind with the drone. I am new at this admittedly ignorant but I am willing to try anything to get in the air. Thank you for your suggestion.

Drone will lift off to 8-10 ft and then hard land. No controls.
