For anyone reading this. I resolved the issue directly with Yuneec China, who were very helpful. Sent back the CGO-ET and received a new one by return and used the firmware provided by Yuneec China to upgrade. Version 0.0.35 is the latest as of 24/08

I use Aliexpress, Banggood, Goodluck Buy etc. I once had a lost parcel; got a full refund. Most include free shipping but do shop around as their prices are not always as good as you might think.
