It may not be necessary to dispose of a battery with higher resistance measurements. As long as the battery is not showing signs of swelling, it can still be used for non-flight operations... calibrations, GPS almanac downloading and software updates, are some examples. 👍

As long as the battery is not rubbing when inserted, it does not necessarily need to be retired entirely. It can still be used for non-flight operations, such as calibrations or sitting to update the GPS satellite almanac. Just be sure to clearly label the battery as "non-flight". This way...

It should be noted, that the native resolution of the HDMI out from the ST-16 series is 1280x720... so the price difference for any goggles with a higher resolution is lost, no matter what that manufacturer claims.

IMHO, the very best feature of the Sim is you can use this simulator and run it in GPS off mode... with NO risk to your bird. Much better to learn that skill in the sim... as opposed to, on the fly in the air.:eek: That part of the video (6:28) is linked here: This link is how to disable GPS...

Very helpful information, Pier. If members from different countries have any general restrictions that they could post, that would prove valuable to those travelling. Unfortunately, all of this is moot... I expect any day that the CDC will make a determination that UAVs pose a risk of spreading...
