I saw it last night and had the same thoughts, not a great show to be viewed with all the unrest in the world. Very bad decision by CBS to air the show.

Hi Guys I completed my shoot today with no issues at all, the Q500 worked very well, got some great shots, my client was impressed with the pictures I can't wait for the H520 it should be amazing .

Many thanks for all the info, I'm doing a shoot of 150 acres tomorrow, will re-calibrate when I get to the site. I'll let you guys know how it goes. This will be my largest project, I'm in for a H520, it sounds like it will amazing platform for my work.

My Q500+ has been great for my roof inspections and property shots, haven't had any real problems, I have notice when I travel 80 to 150k and back home it seems to be a bit unstable. Is it a good practice to re-calibrate the controller after each mission? The reason I ask, I did a shoot on...

I am in the country which in 90% of the inspections fall within the Exemption. Until my SFOC is done I think I'm ok. It's a good idea to check in with the local RCMP or Sheriff's office to let them know your in the area. It works pretty good and safe for me. No problems

SFOC's in Canada is a daunting process, hurry up and wait kind of thing. If you are flying for commercial, can you operate under the Exemption's until you receive your SFOC? You have to send in a flight form to TC for each flight. It's a pain but it may work in the meantime.
