My original 2 OEM batteries for the H were slightly puffy but nevertheless they lasted for over three years of hobby flying, including one major crash . My replacement gifi 8050 batteries seem to remain a good fit (not puffy) after 6 months and have given me significantly better flight times...

I am able to take 4k video straight off the SD card to my PC (win 10) without problems now - but that is only after my son sorted me out with a 4k monitor and a faster computer. Previously I had to suffer continual buffering. Hope this helps.

My two gifi batteries for my 4-yr old Typhoon H are much better than the original Yuneec versions in my experience.

Is the gold metallic paint on your Yuneec a factory standard. If not I would worry that the metallic component would shroud the 2 aerials and very seriously impair the control and video signals. Just thinking!

Hi All My H dropped from 300 feet last week. I had just calibrated the compass after a firmware update. I suspect that I touched/loosened the battery during the calibration without knowing it at the time. I did see the H and its battery falling separately. Seems to be about £175 worth of damage...

My updates went very smoothly today. Re-calibrated as necessary and had a short flight between the sleet showers. It seemed to fly OK and was stable although I lost the camera connection at 200 feet. This loss of connection was very prevalent since the last update and I had hoped it would now be...
