I've owned Phantoms in the past and most will tell you they can contribute to a ring vortex that will make your drone drop out of the sky. Never proven that I know of, but there are many believers. Just my opinion. J

I highly recommend B&H Photo out of New York. I called Yuneec today and they said it will be a few weeks till the major retailers get a decent amount of inventory in, so I'm hoping to order from B&H in 2 weeks or so.

The 400ft limit can be changed.
