Altitude density plays a big part in how any aircraft flies. Also cooler air is more dense, so flight is easier in colder air. After 59 f, altitude density starts to really take effect. Taking off in a Cessna 150, takes a lot more runway at 95 degrees than it does at 55 degrees. I suggest...

I I'm a certified private pilot. Getting that will cost you about 6-8k depending on hours. I spoke to someone in the FAA, and it looks like there will be a drone certification coming soon. That should be a lot less.. 2-3k
