No. It was the toggle switch that I have in a yellow box on the left side. It is not on my ST 10 which I have from a previous Q500, but it is on ST 12. Again. I figured that out. Thanks for the help and replies.

Nope. But I figured it out. It's the landing gear up/down toggle which does not apply to my Q500 4K anyway. But that would be cool if it did.

I assume this (in the yellow box) is the landing gear button that has no function with the Q500 4K. I know the dial on the right has no function. But what is this one? I also have the ST 12 with my Q500 4K.

Bummer. Purchased a new cable that came in the bag with the white cable, a new lens, etc. Plugged in the black cable and when I turn on the controller and the 4K it says, won't connect. I think the mainboard has a problem because the little white connector inside the mainboard is a bit loose...

Thanks for your help. Do you think I can use heat shrink tubing to cover those wires? I bought the cable off of ebay. Had no idea I could get one. The guy will ship it to Hawaii as some of the others would not, which is completely ridiculous!

So I was flying my Q500 4K under an amazing sunset up country in Maui. Filming and taking photos. What I found was that the camera which was set to sunny day did not pick up the beautiful colors of the sunset. So I tried the cloudy setting and it still did not get the colors. If I recall...

On my subsequent flights when I power on the camera aligns properly. Still tilted when off but it seems to be straight now when flying. So I guess it was a temporary glitch. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I'm sorry I have to ask, but, Who is your dealer? Did you ask them for help at all? I realize the drone says on the box not to work with the dealer but many dealers will help any way. It was worth a try after all the hassle you went through. I truly believe that Drones + or one of the other...
