I ordered the rucksack, RealSense and IPS months ago. I've phoned yuneec.uk nearly every week since and they keep saying it'll be delivered "next Friday" but it never does. Now they have said it will be at least another 10 days. I'm now wishing I'd stuck with DJI.

I didn't have to use the password. Euro firmware update off of the Yuneec UK website.

The H updated with no problems at all. The ST16 required many attempts and was only successful after doing a full format (not "quick format") of the microSD in FAT32. Then the ST16 wouldn't connect to the camera. I've read the forum and it looks like I have to re-bind. All I have to do now is...
