    Registre again?

Wigs, don't feel bad as the same thing happened to me. I google "FAA drone registration" and up popped this site that looked like it had the FAA logo. I went ahead and paid the $45 and they said I should receive an email confirmation. A couple days later I received the email. In the mean...

Happy wih your Typhoon H (pro or advanced) ?

I have the TH Pro and am extremely satisfied and happy with my purchasing decision. I have RC experience with cars and helo's but this is my first drone. I did a lot of research and based on that with the recommendation of the hobby store employee made this purchase.

Sad day when hobby shops close...

I have to agree with you but I think the driving force may have it's roots in psychological rebellion rather than in a true interest in the hobby. As a CA resident with each attempt to limit our choices by outlawing certain guns or features, gun sales of those items has gone through the roof...

    Unboxed!!

The H is my first drone and did a lot of research on YouTube before my first flight. You really should calibrate it and fly as far as you are comfortable. So far I've had it up about 200' and out about 1/4 mile. I set the OA on and hit the RTH with no problem. Most importantly, have fun!!

    Old school Question

Just read the link. Very informative. Makes me realize how lucky I was with my last Traxxas battery, it was puffed out about 1/8" and the hobby shop employee asked me to immediately remove and dispose of it.

    Old school Question

I have an aftermarket charger that I use for my RC Traxxas. The hobby store recommended a charger specifically for my H. He indicated around $120 -/+. Any thoughts on brand or features?

    Old school Question

THANKS-that takes a load of my mind, one less thing to worry about. I just got my H on Saturday and charged all batteries. With the poor weather in NorCal I have taken her out twice. Today I flew one battery until the first warning sounded and flew the second battery until the second (?)...

    Old school Question

I've tried to search the forum as well as Google with no success, so here is my question. Back in the early days of personal electronic devices I was taught to run my devices until the battery was almost fully depleted before recharging it. I was told that the battery retained a memory at the...

Created a Thread to Introduce Yourself!

Hi, Ranch41 from Roseville, CA. I have been researching for some time and finally pulled the trigger on an H. I'm charging the batteries right now and will go back to the hobby shop for a quickie lesson on Monday so as to reduce the chance of damaging it on it's maiden flight. I have also...
