    I didn't have any luck with my retailer (dell online) or with yuneec, they did get back to me but said it was 'user error' because I didn't 'restart' the drone after the first compass error. I asked where I could find that advice in the documentation but they havent' answered. the funny thing is...

    Yeah I asked Yuneec support when they got back to me about the 'restart after you get a compass error' they didn't answer.

    Wow! well seeing as how I had never taken mine out of 4K that sounds like the same issue. Thanks for your input!

    Thanks, I got through it. mine was a bit more involved due to the arm and motor surrounding area cracked. I did it in about an hour and a half, was going to do video but was into it before I thought about it and didn't want to stop and set up. Hope it resets and works again!
