If he got hurt (which he didn't) it's not a bike path and he shouldn't have been on it. Now if he was walking and tripped over it yeah, I could see where I may be liable. But at that point all i can say is you can't fix stupid. The City told me that they had my back if I needed them.

I just had that happen today with three different drones yesterday. Mavic mini, yuneec h520 and h920 all within 1/4 to 1/2 mile away. I hadn't set the rth/rtl which ever one, altitude on any of them. 3 in a row. They all made it home. That would have been $4000.00 gone if they didn't make it...
