Check the ST16.
The drone's flight controller thinks the red button is active.
It sees the throttle channel at -25%
DO NOT arm the drone until this problem is fixed.
If you try to launch you have NO altitude control.
CCC waypoints can vary even more over time.
I have flown repeated CCC missions at the same location for 20 months.
Altitude variance was maybe 2 meters. Lateral variance was about 10 meters.
Without occasional compass calibration, yaw can be off 20 degrees.
I'm on my 3rd H after 2 crashes in 3 years.
My current H480 is a used one bought in eBay.
I have since crashed it, but I had enough salvage parts to repair it.
The 480H is a good modular design.
Full disclose, All the crashes were my fault.

I'm using the free version of NCH Video Pad. After a year I'm still learning.
My surgery should be healed in a few weeks then I plan to fly, record and edit a zoom example.
I fixed my tree magnet feature.
It was in the ST16 right stick.
A loose operating nut...
I still have to deal with steel concrete rebar and a nearby truck.
The times my H would drift near the ground I could usually find a possible source of magnetic interference.
Maybe a vehicle or rebar in the concrete or nearby iron objects.
