      Hi ,I bought a Typhoon G (here in Brazil) after the first fly i got a hard kick when i was landing, Apparently i couldnt see damage but after that the gimbal didnt work its showing Power Cut-off: RED LED blinking quickly. Can you please help me? what can i do, to find out the problem, and how could i fix ( or send to fix , because we havent Technical assistance here in Brazil) Thanks

      Tim, Yuneec posted a new GUI version from the one us old timers got 10 days ago. Can't you push for better notifications to all us customers? When there are updates and new versions? Thanks! Oh! What about my mushroom antenna ? Man this is really long for a screw on part, that was not even my fault the ST16 was packed wrong side up and pinched off in shipping!!!

        Antenna was shipped out. Transmitter is placed upside down in packing. Was yours right side up?

      Tim, I called over a week ago and spoke with a rep with you about sending me my replacement mushroom antenna, that was damaged in shipping. He stated he will send me a new, but was out of stock, and would send one very soon! A week is not very soon. You guys have to have one laying around , or on a ST16/24 that you can send me , Can you help get me back up in the Air? Thanks!

      Have you received any truthful, solid date you will receive the H? we have received to many conflicting and altered dates, If you work for Yuneec you should have information

      hi i have a 500 4k and afther updating all frimware it still goes into emergency mode and the right front light blinks white along with the rest

      Hi, don't want to bother you if u don't have anything to do with the company. Think I was sent a refurbished unit. Several things make me think this including a damaged case, old scratched up battery, missing parts.

        I've already been contacted by Martin, (customer service) Took care of the missing & damaged parts, even offered to replace the case, told him that wasn't necessary, just a couple scuffs. GREAT SERVICE thanks to all for the help !

      I'm a new Q500 4K owner and new member to the group. Very impressed with the quad and happy that I decided to go with Yuneec. Just wondering about how often the newsletters get emailed out? I signed up a few weeks ago but haven't received one yet. Just curious, thanks!
