    Anyone fly in Outer Banks, NC

    We will be vacationing in Outer Banks, NC this summer. Anyone fly out there on the beaches? Was wondering about local regulations and no fly zones. I know there is the small airport in Kitty Hawk and another somewhere that the advertising banner planes fly out of.
