why is my q500+ maxing out at 400' ? I cannot push it a foot over 400, where as just the other day I had it at 850-900'. Can anybody tell me what I've done wrong or how I can fix the problem?

Can you change the setting on GUI?

The setting can be changed in the GUI but... About | Know Before You Fly 400' is the max safe height strongly recommended by the FAA (U.S.)

Yea we have faa clearance. I am attempting to get above our tower crane so I can get some good footage of the sheave bearings without having to walk the boom and inspect them. What do you mean by GUI?

Fleamac answered the question, you can also check all on board sensors in the GUI as well, download it from the link he posted.

    This video is helpful.
