Yuneec CGOET Wireless Camera
No, this is only an addon-camera for something like this
May not be the answer .... but it's definitely on my shopping list . This additional Camera will fit exactly with one of my intended uses for the Typhoon H.
Anyone seen any real prices on it yet ? , I guess it's not going to be cheap , but flir does have one which plugs into your phone for 299 , so could be about the same price as the standard camera.
Since we don't know the technical facts it is senseless to talk about a possible price.
Flir One is a very nice tool
I have had take a look on the flir for phone...not really useful, very bad resolution... I hope Yuneec put this in
May be two cameras in one. Optical to replace the single in use now, and Thermal to add another capability.
Ah...who knows. Inscrutable.
Well, it looks like the Hope continues. Keep Hope alive.
Not that it has any bearing on this Yuneec camera, but the Zenmuse-xt thermal camera for the Phantom goes for between $5000-$12,000 depending on the model.

I was watching a Roswell Flight Test Crew youtube video of them using a flir camera to aid the emergency services / fire department on their training day , and looked up the price of the flir camera they was talking about and that stopped any ideas cold , about 10k which for the emergency services it may be a drop in the ocean.
So , yes the Hi Res versions of flir will be way way more than the hex it`s self.
I`m hoping for a mid res / vga camera , which still may be out of my budget
Looking at the FCC paperwork its a 60x80 FLir camera so that's pretty coarse resolution
60x80 , thats low res , but it could be mixing a hi res video with a low res flir.
I just want the 18x zoom they have for the Tornado.
The XT cameras are for the Inspire versions, not the phantoms
I get to fly and test the new thermal camera tomorrow, I CAN'T WAIT.
You're absolutely right. I meant Inspire. Sorry, I just got my Phantom 4 and I've had it on my brain the last week or so.
You landed incorrectly.
the brain is a very precarious place to land, and leaving it there a week is just irresponsible
Ahhh, I got it now. Haha, thanks.
