My Breeze was sent in on 1/2/17 and on 1/5/17 I received a message that it was delivered. I called for status and was told that nothing was going to repair until they complete their inventory on 1/12 or 1/13.
Really?
 
I just wish they told me ahead of time. I could have been enjoying it during the down time.
