Dead batteri.i

Hi, one of my three batteries flewn and charged 4 times w/o problem now shows that one cell is "0" volt! The three other cells are ok! It probably means that this batteri is scrap?
 
Yes. OTOH, there's a lot more use history and electrical data that would be of interest than the number of times it was charged.
 
Ok, but the batteri is Dead and gone? And what does OTOH means?

one of two ways , if discharged to zero you can toss it in the garbage but what i do is dump it in a bucket of salt water for a week then take it to a best buy or home depot they accept old LI PO batteries
 
Make sure you leave it in salty water before disposing of it...needs to be dead before getting compacted!
