Delay for lift on Joystick 1

Hi there, Ive just bought the Q500 4k and all is setup apart from the reaction time for lift from joystick 1. There is about a 2 second delay for my actions to be received, whereas joystick 2 for direction is instantaneous. Is this normal or is there a setting i can change to make the lift and decent as reactive as direction changes?

You can control the climb/descend and directional control rate with the "Proportional Control Rate Slider" (rabbit - turtle) on the right side of the ST10+

There is some delay during liftoff from the ground.
