Has anyone tried to create a map using DroneDeploy software?
DroneDeploy is mainly tied to DJI drones - but will/can it work with DD.

I had a discussion with Yuneec customers services: no 3rd party softs compatible. And Yuneec are not planning to do such.
So I asked to Pix4D developers and they said they can't do such because they don't have access to a sdk for Q500/Typhoon 4k. So I think it's only because of Yuneec will that we can't use a 3rd party soft.

Very Apple-like. Complete control of the ecosystem, no changing of the core functionality.

I've seen maps made with the typhoon. You can manually upload your photos to the dronedeploy website.

You can't use their app, but it's only needed to do the aerial surveys automatically. You can control your typhoon and use the follow me function or manual control to create a 3D model.
