External antennas on the H

I think your right I didn't really get to mess with the way they were pointing. I put both straight up. I did watch a video on you tube where they took both internal 2.4 ghz antennas and brought them externally. But my wonder is if it's the bird or the st16. Or both idk i would like it if yuneec traded in the first version for the updated model even if it's just the st/ and the H only...

Usually with most 2.4 ghz radios it's recommended to have the antenna pointing at a 45 degree angle to the base of the antenna; usually.

With RC control (whip antennas) you want the tx and rx antennas parallel with each other since the signal gets radiated from the side of the antenna (not the top or point). On the TH the RC antennas are hanging down vertically, so you want the antenna on the ST16 vertical as well.

So yuneec responded and said they are sending me a shipping label to send the H in for warranty work. Has anyone sent there's in how long is the turn around just wondering?
