Having trouble with yunnec customer sevice

    Has anyone had to prove to customer service that you bought a q500 4K?
    The agent said just send a paypal email.
    Proving date of purchase.
    I did it the next day....
    His reply said unfortunately we need something more official...
    I asked if I printed it out and mailed it in would that be adequate?
    NO RESPONSE...
    it takes hours for a response...call in at seven am...get a call back at 4:30.
    Very unclear registration policies.

    The paypal info had all the info...
    dealer name...
    Date of purchase...
    Price...
    Method of payment....
    My name....
    My address...

    I have owned this for one month and understand I have a six month warranty?

    Any thoughts?

    And by the way, getting responses in hours is a good thing. Other drone manufacturers such as DJI will take up to 2 weeks or more.

    It's always better to call them, then you can speak to a real person. Just make sure you do it on Pacific time since there are in CA. They are pretty helpful. The phone number should be at YUNEEC.com at the bottom. YUNEEC USA

    Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage. Your Paypal receipt with detailed information should be sufficient.

    Sent mine to them for repairs and they were great. took a little while but everyone was nice,

    Yes! Waiting on the phone can be a pain in the asd....
    Most times longer than expected. Know their hold song by heart now, even have dreams about it.
    But, once you get a tech, get their name and extension number to call through on the same claim if it hasn't been corrected.
    They are good like that.
