Has anyone had to prove to customer service that you bought a q500 4K? The agent said just send a paypal email. Proving date of purchase. I did it the next day.... His reply said unfortunately we need something more official... I asked if I printed it out and mailed it in would that be adequate? NO RESPONSE... it takes hours for a response...call in at seven am...get a call back at 4:30. Very unclear registration policies. The paypal info had all the info... dealer name... Date of purchase... Price... Method of payment.... My name.... My address... I have owned this for one month and understand I have a six month warranty? Any thoughts?
