No. Atti is a mode of flight that is generally associated with dji aircraft in which the GPS function is ignored by the aircraft. While in this mode the aircraft, if no control is input, will drift with the wind; however it will maintain it's height above the ground. In manual you also need to input control to maintain the aircraft's height as well.
