Any know how to straighten out the lens distortion with the CGO 3+ in Premiere and Photoshop

Not sure about video lens corrections as I use Apple FCP X 10.4 but I can correct lens distortion for stills in Lightroom and therefore it should work in ACR. In the Lightroom Develop module or ACR go to "Lens Corrections". You can correct things more or less automatically with "Profile" or use "Manual" to adjust Distortion, Defringe or Vignetting. If using "Profile" there is a "Lens Profile" already available for Yuneec CGO2gb but it doesn't seem to do much. You can also save profile corrections once you think it will work across all your files.

I don't get any noticeable lens distortion from my CGO3+ ( I suppose I'm one of the lucky ones) but I do with my Phantom 2 Vision Plus. To sort out the distortions on that I use a free prog called GIMP 2. Works a treat.

Can you post an untouched photo of the distortion you are seeing?
Several of the pilots here have really good eyes, and may be able to point you in the right direction.
