My new Q500+

So I've got the battery charger sorted now and I've flown it 4 times. I'm not impressed with quality of photo or videos and the vibration is not what I expected from a new machine. I've got a Phantom 2 vision with the Rotorpixel attached and it gives better photos and videos.

I'm I missing something or did I get a Friday lemon?

Props unbalanced maybe? Maybe bent, cracked, or attached improperly? Also, check to make sure your gimbal is working right and attached at ALL four corners of the bracket. I have flown while recording video with my Q500+ for a couple months now and all video AND images are crisp, clear and solid. Just my 2 cents. Good luck.
