Q500 4K Vibrating Controller

My controller starts to vibrate after it connects up and I lift off. Batteries are fully charged but I haven’t flown it for 3 years. Could the batteries be shot from lack of use?

Probably. What does the voltage display read when it is vibrating.

It was reads 12 volts but now getting a red square message on controller which states battery is going dead and land immediately. The batteries have to be shot. Thanks for your help.
