Without re hashing past posts but i had put in for a refund for the dearly departed TH. After much back and forth, as in almost 3 months i have received a refund in full.
Sad in some ways as the h had many great features. That said i chose a refund as if the replacement proved to be problematic again i would have had little warranty left and i simply didn't want to risk another lemon.
A refund has freed me up to make a purchase of a new mavic. Somewhat of a big change but has been very good thus far and am enjoying flying again.
