Sent my 3 week old H into the shop.

After 3 weeks of awsume flying, I decided to do the latest firmware upgrade. Had no problems up until I got to the compass calibration and it was down hill from there. I even stayed on the phone with Alvin at yuneec tryn to help me get it recalibrated. I must say that I have been very impressed with the customer support at yuneec!!.does any1 know the average turn around at yuneec??

After the update, I presume you rebound the cam and craft.

If you have already sent it off, the USA turnaround is typically 7 days after they receive it.
 
Rayray, you presume right.. 7 days?? That's not bad at all, if that's the case I'll be back up & flying again in no time!

My H pro decided to run away on first flight. It took off flew out,wouldn't return I managed to land went and got it, recalibrate every thing, took off runaway hi speed crashed in tree 500 feet away,destroyed camera and every thing. Was happy with Yuneec customer service,shaped back cost $120 waiting to hear
