Controller will not stay charged, not sure what is wrong, does controller have to be on to charge? I am getting blue blinking light when controller is on but it just does not seen to be charging, where is a good place to buy replacement battery if needed

controller had been taking charge was at 83% in the off position about hour ago, just checked turned on controller checked battery and it was down at 62%, any ideas what is going on

When charging, the blue light should be blinking. When fully charged you should get a solid blue light. If the controller is not powered on and you're turning it back on after a period of time and the battery has lost a significant amount of charge, then it sounds like your battery is shot. New batteries for the controller can be bought from most drone dealers that sell Yuneec products. Or just search on-line for the battery you require. I always carry a spare controller battery just in case there are any issues while flying..
