I followed this video, and my upgrade to the firmware took less than 10 minutes. Only difference was I was not prompted for the password.
Now, I turn on the ST16, immediately turn on the H, and 44 seconds I have full connectivity and video on screen. Flies great, too. Still haven't done the calibration since I've had it, and it still flies great.
