Telemetry Data Card on ST - 10 Transmitter

Hello My Fellow Pilot, How do you know if your Telemetry Data Card is Activate on ST - 10 Transmitter ? If it not, What the steps to Activating it or where can I can find them ? Or does it come already activate ?

The easiest way to tell is to connect it to your PC with the USB power cable. Open the My Computer and select the ST10.
