I had the same problem for the last 3 weeks, I informed them then and no fix yet. I usually try and avoid calling for anything as it's a lot of hassle, especially when you have to give a long email address & serial number.
I have called them several times. They are always very friendly and ready to help. Spent almost two hours on the phone with a tech solving an update problem. I was willing to hang up and try to fix it but he said he would stay on the phone with me until we had solved my problem. Customer service doesn't get any better than that. I also told them about the registration problem online and they are trying to fix it.
