Trouble Taking Stills

I'm having trouble getting the CGO3+ camera on my Typhoon H Pro to take still pictures. When I push the camera button nothing happens. I have to push it several times before the camera will take the picture. the recording button seems to work just fine. Any ideas?

Are you actually going into photo mode first, by clicking on the photo/video icon on the right hand side of the
ST-16 screen? Or just taking video captures while still in video mode?

I finally found out if I push mine once, rapidly it works most every time. Just try poking it.
I was being careful and gently slowly pushing it like a camera release and it took several tries.

Yep, do a quick depress. You won't jiggle the camera
