This may sound horrible of me to say, but i wish Best Buy didnt even carry them. Feel like all should be bought from hobby shops. Makes me feel like someone that has no idea on what they're doing and goes and does something irresponsible because they picked it up and wanted to fly something is more likely to happen :/ i get the convenience of it for the folks like us on this forum though.

You're not the only one who thinks that! Believe me!
any drone specialty store thinks the same way! Haha.

Best Buy was my only alternative and have done a great job with getting my Typhoon H to me overnight. Also, none of my local hobby stores could get their hands on one until late June and I just couldn't wait that long. B)

Don't buy from Fry's electronics.
Apparently they have a no return policy on the H.
If the box is open you're out of luck on the return regardless. Even if you have a issue with the drone not working, They say you must send it to the manufacture even if you just bought it 1 day ago.
