How do I upgrade/ update firmware/ software on Q5004k,CG003, and ST 10+, at the same time , with same versions

You'll need to download the GUI (graphical User Interface) from Yuneec's website. Install it on your computer. Next, Check which firmware you have on your Q500 and ST10+ by connecting you Q500 via the GUI or check in the settings on your ST10+. Download any updates or new firmware and install them using the GUI. A word of warning. Some updates install No Fly Zones and height limits into your Q500. If it's flying alright and you can control it OK are you really sure that you need the latest firmware? If you're not bothered, then go ahead and install the latest firmware. You might want to ask others on this forum what exactly the latest firmware actually does. Also beware, some firmware updates have been known to cause issues such as fly aways.
That's good info for updating the Q.
To update the camera...
Simply format your camera sd card.
Install the update on the sd card.
Reinsert the card in the camera and start the camera.
The update will take on it's own and reboot the camera when it's done.
To update the box is a bit trickier but easy after you figure it out.
Advise you look to you tube videos and how to's here on the site for box updating.
