Just wanted to say that I cannot rate the customer service here in the UK high enough. I had a problem with my camera on my Q500 4K and they replaced it immediately. I also had an issue with a battery and again sorted out in 48 hours. Whilst I look at other manufacturers ( DJI) I have to say that this great customer service from Yuneec tips the scales for me.
