    I just wanted to share my experience with Yuneec UK CS.

    I have had two separate issues with my TH since i bought it in June.

    1. TH fell out of the sky and was destroyed as a result. I called Yuneec CS and returned the TH and the following day had a brand new one as a replacement. No questions asked.

    2. Recently, i noticed the TH was twitchy and not responding as it should. I sent it back on Tuesday this week and they have now replaced the ST16 with a brand new one and it is on its way back to me today.

    I have also spoken with CS on a number of occasions for advice or to let them know I've found an anomaly and they have always been extremely quick to assist and are very friendly.

    The reason i post this is because i have seen some slander towards their CS and don't believe from my experience that any of it is true as i have had nothing but good experiences from them.

    I am glad you are happy with their service. Although the USA repair department is quick, they still need to get their quality control act together.
