Talk me out of a DJI.

I fly both the Mavic Pro, which I love, and my Typhoon H, which I loved first. I still fly each drone routinely, and each of them quite often, and fly my different aircraft according to my needs and goals. Both drones offer superb video/photo capturing and each has its strong points and its...

Ever wonder what happens to old GPS satelites when they are retired?

Don't tell the crackheads about this! They'll steal Russian rockets to go up there for scrap metal!

Thank you, BobDe. I appreciate your compliments and comments. You may have even recognized a church or two there. As you know, Sussex County is filled with all kinds of interesting, old, churches, some dating back quite a ways, and also boasts some very modern ones like that church North of...

THANK YOU so much for your comments. Each of them really mean alot to me. Preserving my American Indian (or Native American, to be politically correct!) heritage, customs and Life Ways and passing them along to my children and other Nanticoke Tribal members is a priority to me in my Life. To...

DONE WITH YUNEEC!!! FURIOUS!! Sent me a crashed H

You can't - or shouldn't - browbeat a company that has tried to make things right at least three times already and has been VERY responsive, according to the OP's own admission. Yuneec IS responding to his problems, and as always it sucks to be him right now, but obviously it's just the OP's...

Easter Related Video Using Typhoon H Footage

Gotcha. Thank you SO much for the constructive criticism. Yes, after you've spent time flying and filming a scene and then editing it you do feel married to it to a degree, and I think you also lose some objectivity over what should stay and what can go on the cutting room floor. That's where...

Easter Related Video Using Typhoon H Footage

FIRST: Let me stress that I am NOT a Bible thumper in any way, shape or form whatsoever! I do not even attend church except for funerals or weddings. But here is a video I put together anyhow in time for the Easter holiday season. Why, I don't know. It includes footage I shot of a few local...

    Battery causing jello effect?

I've never experienced the jello effect whatsoever, in any flying environment. The Typhoon's camera has always performed well for me and I have grown to trust its dependability every time I take it up. I just love this flying machine. It's aces in my book.

Some smooth moves there, Ralphy. American ingenuity at its best! Keep up the good work, buddy.

    Indoor flying

THANK YOU! Not being able to identify who said it was driving me crazy! It just kind of stuck in my head like things such as this do and now you've solved my puzzle. Don't know how I could have missed it, but your brain is sure firing better than mine! I, too, enjoy Omar Khayyam's writings, the...

    Yuneec info (redacted)

I'm not necessarily optimistic or pessimistic but, instead, I try to be realistic. My very recent experience within the last 3 weeks with Yuneec's customer service - in which they replaced my errant and MIA Typhoon H with a new unit - was very much that of a company that is here to stay. And...

If you want obstacle avoidance to protect your forward movement flight path of your Typhoon in any flight mode then be sure to engage it before flight or in air. Your airspeed will decrease when OA is engaged, as OA slows the aircraft so it has time to respond to its sensors and avoid the...

    Indoor flying

Risky business, no matter how you look at it.Best to heed the advice already given as you have wisely decided to do. I don't believe the Typhoon H was made for indoor flying, unless one is speaking of a large arena/indoor stadium kind of place where something like motorbikes or monster trucks...
