I had this happen once but it flew directly into my truck. Came out to be the calibration. Sorry that happened to you!

Nikono, to confirm, are you just using a wall adapter rated for 5, 9 or 12V to bring that cell back up?

Likely you're bound to the 802.11 spec limits... not specifically to the Breeze.
