    I don't have mine anymore, long sad warranty story. You might try a reset using paperclip and finding directions from this forum or elsewhere online. Good luck

    Vertigo told me on phone that it was unrepairable,and that they had recommended to Yuneec that it be replaced under warranty, Then I made a phone appointment with B Shelton,and he said that it was supposed to be replaced, then Covid,and then Yuneec shutting down American operations.

    Does anyone on this forum think that I will ever get my Breeze replacement as promised by B.Shelton back in January of this year, drone was sent in for warranty repair in October of last year and was deemed non repairable by Vertigo,after a couple of months at KAV.

    Here we are in mid may, I was promised a replacement drone by B.Shelton back in January of this year. I'm guessing I'm not the only person out of a drone and their money.any of you premium members or Admins. think I will ever see a replacement Breeze?

    Is Yuneec support belly up because of Covad 19 or because of their financial situation? Last I knew I was supposed to get a replacement Breeze, but after being gone now for 6 months, somehow I'm not holding my breath.

    Congrats! When did you submit yours? Was it warranty on non warranty? Shipped from Yuneec directly ,or someone else like Vertigo Drones?

    So your repaired by Vertigo didn't work after being repaired? Did you get a brand spanking new in a box unit or a refurbished? If new,all new accessories as well ? Just curious as to what to expect it this show finally comes to a conclusion

    Happy to hear that for you. I live in California,and it's a bit of a drive for me, plus you said something bout VD. Yuneec said that they would be in touch.If I haven't heard from customer service in another week, I will reschedule another telephone call.. thanks for update,hope it works.

    Just got off telephone with B.Shelton regarding my Breeze. He verified what Vertigo said yesterday,I would be getting a new drone as mine was "unrepairable".A couple of weeks out ,he said. Happy, excited, but we will believe it when it's here,and I find out it works.
