When I bought my q500 4k I quickly noticed that the camera was on a tilt. If I was flying north or south it would be fine but the further you got away from those headings the worse it got. I called Yuneec and I sent in my camera. I get it back and it still does the same thing. I called again...

I wish it were a case of calibration. I take off from a helicopter pad at work. I had to send it in to Yuneec for work. I haven't got it back yet, but they have been in constant co fact through out the process. Great customer service experience so far.

According to the manual they do nothing. They look like trim adjustors for a different device that you must be able to pair it with.

I haven't tried gimbal but yes the camera is done with an ad card.

It happens all the time to me. Sometimes restart fixes it and sometimes it doesn't. Hopefully they will fix this issue.

Is anyone else having trouble with the camera tilting? I have upgraded all firmware and it still films at an angle. Sometimes almost 45 degrees.

On your ST10+ go to your system settings menu. Select change date and time.
