Had the same problem, H support no help......but also, H won't start with Red button........Ready to return this product due to lack of good manual. Can't live on in the internet trying to figure out something that should not be that hard.

First drone, fresh out of box...rubber bumpers for camera not through the holes to support it. Support desk says pull through with needle nose pliars...not working on the one that actually holds camera...any suggestions on tools or techniques...it is like trying to put a bicycle tire on the rim...
