I know this is an old thread. Just upgraded an iphone 6s to iphone 14 noticed the brezze app on the new phone, so i clicked on it and it stayed on, not shutting down instantly like the old phone. So I charged the controller and Breeze battery and got it all connected and was able to fly again.

The controller also needs to be set to the type of phone being used. Owners manual has instructions for this. Also a video online shows how to do this. This is most likely your problem.

To help prevent this I have found that a rubber band around the middle and a small piece of tape on both ends of the bottom cover to the top help keep cover on in a crash and prevent the lense from cracking or disappearing.
