I have that happen all the time. Usually taking the battery out one or two time and pushing it in slightly hard works. Occasionally cleaning of the contacts does it every time. It's just a very inexpensive charger so issues do happen from time to time.

Unfortunately all reports show little to no improvement in flight time with the aftermarket 7000 mah battery. The stock batteries are higher capacity than advertised yet we are stuck with 11 minute flight times.

I fly year round here in sunny, warm Florida. I've written several times how my flight times, with "average" flying, are between 10-14 minutes. This is my primary fault with my TH. I just can't do what I need to do with 10 minute flights.

Yes I have tried. You can't go over 400 ft. I've emailed Yuneec have not received a reply. I am not happy with this at all. I don't fly over the limit but in the event I need to or whatever, I purchased this because it did not have a limit. Then Yuneec changes it without any notification. Not...

I finally did the update. Everything is working fine so far for two flights. I do not like the forced 400 ft ceiling. I never fly higher than that but I'm a natural rebel and bought this unit without the restriction and now they throw it on us without even mentioning it to us. Not good business...

Don't ever think about trying to sell your H's. I have been trying to sell, priced LOW, zero interest. Only RC item in 15 years I can't sell.

I guess I'm in the minority but I really like my SkyView Goggles. They are inexpensive, efficient, easy to use and give a great picture. I am extremely nearsighted but I see perfectly with the SkyViews on without my glasses. Can't ask for more than that.

If getting good photos and videos are what you are after, and double the flight times, then the Phantom 4 Pro is the way to go, no comparison. Most people already have a phone or tablet to use. If you need dual control or the 360 gimbal (which I never use) and the security of 6 motors vs 4, then...

That's a good suggestion Bob, but I don't know another sole who owns a Typhoon. If I can't sell my Typhoon, and there is absolutely no interest anywhere so far, I may try one aftermarket battery and see how that goes.

Very good point. I have definitely allowed my charged batteries to sit for more than a day as my plans to fly just don't always work out. I have hundreds of other lipos that are fine if they sit a week or less though.

Thanks Dragon. One of the batteries is much worse than the others. I'm just going to retire it. The other two are getting 12 or so minutes until I'm around 14.6 so I'll just live with that for now. I just need longer flight times for what I'm doing most of the time.

Have done some more testing over the last few days. It seems all three of my batteries do the same thing or similar. Start up at 16.6, take off and big drop to the 15.'s. Two of them level out a little better. Regardless, I have to start thinking about landing at around 14.8 - 14.6. At this...
