I did just get my NFZ waiver from CS in Europe but it took a long time and had to do it through live chat. They are slow to respond because of the time difference, but better than nothing
Been trying to get in touch with CS for over a week now, finally got a response:
Hi, we are very sorry, but Yuneec USA has closed down permanently. We hope to find a solution within the Next 2 month.
Thank you for the heads up. I had to send the st-16 back to have the left stick replaced. They walked me through the calibration process over the phone and determined that the control was bad. I just got it back today. Back in business!
I would also think that 10 would be plenty but I also noticed that the follow me button goes on and out of service as well. Not sure if that's related.
